When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of being received. Our post collection is at 6pm every day and processed the next working day. These are expected delivery times from when your item leaves our hands.
UK – 3-4 days
Worldwide (ex Europe) – 12-14 days
These are our best estimates, however please allow a few extra days before getting in touch due to any unforeseen circumstances.

How are products shipped?
Orders are shipped to UK destinations via Royal Mail and globally via Royal Mail Tracked.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once it has shipped.
If overseas, once your order reaches your country, it is taken by your local postal service (i.e. USPS in the United States). Your tracking code will be usable on the respective service website to further track your order.

How do I return or exchange items?
We reckon you’ll be 100% happy with your orders at Crematoria, however if for any reason you’re not or you want to exchange an item we’re here to help out. Email us at [email protected] to kick things off.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, and must be in original packaging with all tags intact.
To avoid any complications or delays receiving the items back, we would advise sending via trackable shipping service with your name and email address within the package so we can quickly identify the return upon receipt.
